In the event that the Buyer or hired craftsmen intentionally laid the floor covering or individual tiles with visible defects, without stopping the installation and without notifying the Supplier or Seller. The company classifies this fact as “poor-quality installation”, without extending its warranty obligations to it.
If the Buyer or hired craftsmen laid the floor covering or individual tiles with a detected defect, therefore:
- the buyer is satisfied with this defect
- the buyer obviously agrees with the quality of this product
In this case, responsibility for the use of such material lies with the installers who laid the flooring, or with the buyer himself. The warranty does not apply to reclaimed flooring.
